1. Processing times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders or delays, processing time may be slightly extended. In this case, we will do our best to notify you by email.

3. Shipping destinations

We ship to:

  • Domestic: United States

  • International: Selected countries and regions as available at checkout (including, but not limited to, United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, and others).

  • Rest of world: Additional countries may be available through our international shipping partners where shown at checkout.

If shipping to your country is not available at checkout, your order cannot be completed.

4. Domestic shipping (United States)

Domestic orders within the United States are shipped with the options shown at checkout. Current options include:

  • Express: 1–3 business days (estimated) – flat rate: 15.00 USD

  • Standard (orders 70.00 USD and up): Free

  • Standard (orders 0.00–69.99 USD): 8.00 USD

  • Standard economy: 10–12 business days (estimated) – Free

Delivery time frames are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

5. International shipping

International orders are shipped using trusted carriers with calculated shipping rates shown at checkout. Available services may include:

  • DHL Express (supports prepaid duties on some routes, with calculated transit time at checkout)

  • FedEx International services (such as FedEx International Connect Plus®)

  • USPS international services (such as First Class Package International, Priority Mail International, and Priority Mail Express International), where available

Available carriers and service levels depend on your shipping address and will be displayed during checkout with estimated transit times and rates.

6. Duties, taxes, and customs

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are determined by your local customs office.

  • These charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise indicated at checkout (for example, if prepaid duties are offered and selected).

  • Customs procedures may cause additional delays beyond the carrier’s estimated transit time.

7. Order tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available for the chosen service).

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier has picked up the package.

If you do not receive tracking details after a reasonable time, please contact us at Contact@Everytechs.shop with your order number.

8. Delivery issues and incorrect addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase.

  • We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once the correct address is provided and any additional shipping costs are paid.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with household members, neighbors, your building management, or local post office / carrier first. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us and we will assist where possible.

9. Lost or damaged packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

  • For suspected lost packages (no tracking updates for an extended time), contact us so we can open an inquiry with the carrier.

  • Replacement or refund for lost or damaged items will be handled on a case-by-case basis in line with carrier investigation and our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Returns and shipping costs

  • Currently, eligible returns benefit from free return shipping and no restocking fee, with no final sale items, subject to the conditions stated in the Return & Refund Policy.
