1. Return period
You can request a return within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we may not be able to offer a refund.
2. Eligibility for returns

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
3. Non‑returnable items
At this time, we do not designate any products as final sale, which means all items are generally eligible for return as long as they meet the conditions above.
However, we may refuse returns that show signs of misuse, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts not due to our error.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
5. Return shipping
We offer free return shipping for eligible returns.

Please use the prepaid label provided and follow the packaging and drop-off instructions.
If you choose to use your own shipping method instead of our label, you will be responsible for those shipping costs and we recommend using a trackable service.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, color, or item, please:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will review your request and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
9. Late or missing refunds
