Inventory Policy

This Inventory Policy explains how stock availability is managed and how it may affect your orders when you shop at Everytechs.

1. Stock availability

  • Products are offered subject to availability.

  • Inventory levels are updated regularly, but there may be rare cases where an item appears in stock on the website while it is no longer available.

  • If a product is out of stock, it may be temporarily unavailable for purchase or listed as “Sold Out” until it is restocked.

2. Out‑of‑stock and backorders

  • If an item in your order becomes unavailable after purchase and before shipping, we will contact you as soon as possible.

  • In this case, you may choose between:

    • A refund for the unavailable item, or

    • A replacement with another item of equal value (if available).

  • At this time, we generally do not accept backorders unless clearly stated on the product page.

3. Pre‑order items (if applicable)

If any products are offered on a pre‑order basis:

  • The estimated shipping or release date will be shown on the product page.

  • Pre‑order dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing or logistics delays.

  • If there is a significant delay, we will aim to notify you by email and provide options such as waiting for the new date or requesting a refund.

If you do not offer pre‑orders, you can remove this section.

4. Inventory updates and pricing

  • We reserve the right to update product availability, quantities, and pricing at any time without prior notice.

  • Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability at checkout; the item is reserved only after your order is successfully placed and confirmed.

5. Order quantity limits

  • To ensure fair access to products, we may limit the quantity of certain items that can be purchased in a single order or by a single customer.

  • If such a limit applies, it will usually be indicated on the product page or at checkout.

  • Orders that exceed quantity limits may be adjusted or cancelled, and you will be notified if this occurs.

6. Inventory errors

While every effort is made to ensure accurate stock information:

  • Inventory errors can occasionally occur (for example, due to simultaneous orders or technical issues).

  • If an inventory error affects your order, we will contact you with options such as a replacement, partial shipment, or refund for the affected item(s).

7. Wholesale or bulk orders (if applicable)

If you accept wholesale or bulk orders:

  • Larger quantity orders may be subject to separate terms, minimum order quantities, or longer processing times.

  • Please contact us in advance if you wish to place a bulk order so we can confirm availability.
